Doors open 8am – 2am Friday and 7am - 7pm Saturday 

Reserve scrapping space by 8/15 and receive a $10 Memory Works gift certificate.

The event will be held at beautiful Capital Area Christian Church campus at 1775 Lambs Gap Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. 

Breakfast buffet and sandwich lunch provided both days, hot dinner provided Friday, snacks available at all times. Hotel recommendations are available upon request. 

• BTS Complete: F, Sa crop space and meals $85  
• BTS Friday:  F crop space and meals $50  
• BTS Saturday:  Sa crop space and meals $40 
  

Reservations are made with non-refundable deposit of $20. Balances are due no later than August 31st. Cancellations prior to 9/5 will be refunded amount paid less the deposit.  Cancellations on or after 9/5 will generally not be refunded unless special circumstances apply.
